The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. - Recruitment & Staffing
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Employee Relations
Build and maintain positive employee relations to promote a supportive work environment.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure fair treatment and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Performance Management
Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in setting clear KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
Recommend promotions, transfers, and career development opportunities.
- Compensation & Benefits
Develop and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with local tax and social insurance laws.
Coordinate payroll review and approval processes.
- Training & Development
Identify training needs and design programs for employee skill enhancement.
Manage employee orientation and continuous learning initiatives.
Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
- HR Policy & Compliance
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and occupational health and safety regulations.
Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- HR Systems & Analytics
Oversee HRIS/ERP systems for attendance, payroll, and personnel management.
Generate HR analytics and reports for management decision-making.
Drive HR process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
متطلبات الوظيفة
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software (ERP systems preferred).
Certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage.
